优点: 各方面都很满意，酒店设施齐全，交通便利。酒店就在上越新干线越后汤泽车站对面100来米，去滑雪场的穿梭巴士在酒店门口有一站。建议在酒店门口的滑雪装备店租滑雪装备，尽管租金与滑雪场一样，但人少不用排队在高峰期会节省不少时间。酒店每天下午两点至六点还有免费本地甜酒品尝，味道还不错!尤其去年遗落在酒店的充电器竟然今年来住还会归还给你，换你能想得到吗？这样的服务真的是屈指可数！佩服佩服！！！如再来，当然的不二之选。
缺点: 早餐有点小贵。

优点: 1 staff都超级热心，很耐心地帮我们解决了很多问题，特别是rental雪具的员工担心我们去岩原雪场夜滑回不来，帮我们贴心的定了酒店接驳车，非常感谢了！服务真的很好！ 2 酒店的温泉分私汤和公共汤，公共汤有两个露天池，一个室内池和一个桑拿房，开到凌晨一点。12点去基本没什么人，而且男女汤是分开的，私密性也很好！也体验了私汤，如果不介意和陌生同性一起泡汤的，个人觉得这个公共汤（季里no汤）已经非常好，不用另外加钱泡私汤。 3 酒店自助晚餐很好吃，值得试一试，基本没踩地雷：）早上自助餐因为我们起不来，所以没有尝试。
缺点: 1 酒店的毛巾能多给一点就好了，因为想把湿透的雪服吸干…… 2 滑雪第一天下雨衣服都湿透了，但是没有烘干机所以只能晾衣服在房间里，我们做的不好的地方也请多多包涵了。

优点: 滑雪玩雪玩够了泡个室外温泉，太棒了！酒店就被雪包围着，小孩出门就玩雪不亦乐乎，酒店有滑雪用具出租，挺方便。周围景色很棒，晚餐很棒！
缺点: 家庭间隔音有点差，走廊有人经过房间都会听到。离雪场走路有点远，适合有滑雪基础的人，可以ski in ski out ，否则走路进出挺麻烦。酒店在山上，出入要坐接驳巴士。

优点: 老板沟通比较有耐性，因为我英文不好，他也会用软件耐心的与我沟通。早餐是包含的，晚餐是自费的，吃就真觉得不错。房间空间比较大，有榻榻米。窗外是雪山雪景，租雪具价格是苗场王子饭店的60%。
缺点: 付款的时候才留意到要加收10%的服务费，总费用比王子饭店贵……租雪具也是需要10%的费用的…… 穿着装备走过去需要8分钟左右。 酒店是两栋楼，办理入住需要楼梯上2楼，入住房间是要去另外一栋，也是需要搬行李上楼梯到2楼才可以坐电梯（因为入住的时候他的指引是上楼梯再上电梯，后来我发现可以去到一楼，但是一楼的门口写的是“员工通道”，所以不确定能否使用一楼的电梯） 貌似没有服务人员，平常时都是1-2个，很难看得见……然后就是厕所地面有点不干净，洗澡时候地面的污垢飘来飘去……

优点: 交通还算方便，越后汤站下来坐1路公交车，45分钟左右到苗场滑雪场，公交车下来，我们问了苗场滑雪场工作人员酒店怎么走。发现这里的人都好客气，他们马上用自己的手机帮我联系了酒店，电话后，司机来接我们。酒店每天都有车送我们去滑雪场。楼下还有租借滑雪器材，很方便。住了三天，每天的早餐都不一样。前台老奶奶超级客气，很可爱。租借滑雪器材的是老爷爷，超级认真，帮我们每一个人认真搭配。酒店还有一个风吕。虽然不是露天的，但是比在房间里洗澡舒服。

优点: 位置很不错，走到苗场滑雪场大概五分钟，酒店一层有客厅，可以点酒水，烤火，赏雪，还有几台自动售货机，二三层是客房，房间比较大，地下一层是雪具干燥屋，还有大浴室，去浴室是单独的楼梯，很人性，出门走10分钟有一条小商业街，有超市和餐馆，老板人特别好，老爷子英语还不错，车接车送，最后多放了一天行李也帮着免费寄存，还帮着送到酒店去，非常感谢
缺点: 酒店没有电梯，虽然老板帮着搬行李，但是每天走上走下很累，去浴室的单独楼梯很好，但是有点小冷，门外的路下雪后化雪会湿的没法走，建议穿雪鞋，不要穿自己的鞋

优点: 早餐非常好，店家早早的就摆好了，餐食虽然种类不是很丰富（就日式和西式两种）但制作还是很精良的，而且一贯的日式摆盘很好看
缺点: 所谓温泉酒店根本没有温泉~~~只是一个澡堂子，而且里面设施很老很冷，也不干净。入住第一天说好10点关闭的竟然8点就关了。房间也不干净，除了毛巾每天换外，其他都不换地板也没吸过。
