优点： Staff told us tolls would be covered. Had he not brought that up we would have been confused or worried. He also told us which gasoline to fill the car with. After hours drop off was easy too.
缺点： Can't think of a thing. We had a very good experience.

Good rental overall
优点： Price was good, everything went smooth in the pickup and drop off (which is never trivial with car rentals).
缺点： Only one representative so service was sluggish. The car on the inside was not as clean as I would expect.

优点： Everything, friendly quick service, the gave me first a clutch car and I asked for a automatic they changed right away
缺点： Nothing what not to like, everything was perfect, will order again
