优点： Pock up : drop off convenient location
缺点： I reserved and paid for anfull size SUV, and they gave me a small SUV - Chevy Trax. The car was not big enough for our luggage, and we had toncarry the luggage on top of us. A disaster!!!!

优点： Ease/Speed in which car was made available. Spouse was placed in car with AC running while I did the paperwork. Location of office which was just outside arrival hall.
缺点： Hard to tell. Staff was mostly courteous and attentive

缺点： Hice mi reserva y pagué por un todoterreno tamaño anfull, y me dieron un pequeño SUV - Chevy Trax. El coche no era lo suficientemente grande para nuestro equipaje, y teníamos toncarry el equipaje encima de nosotros. ¡un desastre!

优点： Facilidad/velocidad en la que se puso a disposición el coche. Cónyuge fue colocado en coche con AC funcionando mientras yo hacía el papeleo. Ubicación de la oficina que estaba justo fuera del vestíbulo de llegadas.
缺点： Difícil de decir. El personal era en su mayoría cortés y atento
