缺点： We arrived at the airport and found 5 other companies had onsite cars. Enterprise was off site. I didn’t even have the number to call. I couldn’t call because I don’t have cell service out of the U.S. so I switched to National and got a car on site for the same price! Easier to pick up and return.

缺点： Nissan Sentra driver accessory controls not user friendly (took about 10 settings to change the clock!) (Much scrolling to find reset for km measurement.) (Numerous electronic warnings that were impossible to understand.) No compass.

Great service, no hassle
优点： We were in and out the door within 5 minutes. No hassle with selling us their insurance. Got a brand new car. Friendly people.
缺点： It was offsite, but it ended up not being a big deal.

Attention to detail was excellent
优点： Called day before to make sure everything was on schedule. Picked me up at airport because they were a little off site. Employees were all very polite Did not push excessively on up-sell items Definately added their own personal touch to the car rental business

缺点： Enterprise needs to update their map. Drop off location was incorrect on the map we picked up at the car rental.

Outstanding
优点： Quick easy pickup from airport. Car was available and ready as scheduled. Received free upgrade as a higher priced vehicle was right up front. On return, rental staff was kind enough to provide free ride to ferry terminal so I could hop the ferry to Vancouver.
