蒙特罗斯地区机场的租车

优点： Staff was mildly friendly at best. we waited in line for over an hour to get our rental. The first rental we received had not been cleaned and smelled terribly of smoke. After returning to the counter we were offered another vehicle without question which was appreciated. Upon further driving of the Toyota we were provided, the breaks were absolute terrible and would cause major vibration when attempting to stop. With driving to Telluride through the mountains, the breaking situation is not ideal by any means.

缺点： Vehicles need to be updated and be properly maintained. Also, in that size airport, there needs to be more staff, there is no reason to be forced to wait an hour for a rental at any airport.

优点： Mechanical condition of the car was the only thing that was good.

缺点： The car was extremely dirty but inside and outside, and the associate at the desk said that it was because my flight was late by 4 hours and they were not aware of it. Their reason was that their detailing staff went home (it was still 4pm) because they thought there were no more customers coming!

缺点： After my flight was delayed I tried to notify budget, 25 phone calls later they refuse to answer the phone. Terrible customer service. No customer service

Poor service

缺点： They seldom answer local phone or return calls.

优点： The check on agent and lot tech in Montrose were very nice and tried their best to help us.

缺点： Car was rated for 5 passengers but only had 4 seat belts. The back middle seat attachment was nowhere to be found by us or the Budget staff. We also had to wait over 30 mins for our car. Both facts are tough to swallow when they are charging $180/day for their car.
