缺点： When I picked up the car they told me that the 9.00 insurance I purchased would be invalid as I wasn’t the primary driver. I was renting a one way vehicle. So I had to buy another insurance policy at 13$. I have done this routine many times and this was a first. Wasn’t happy.

优点： It was easy to make a reservation with kayak. We were pleased with the policy that you could cancel at any time prior to departure. The pick up and drop off were really easy.
缺点： We were promised a Hyundai Elantra “or similar”- which is an intermediate car. We were traveling with luggage and a baby and needed the room. The “or similar” car we got was a compact at best- and economy at worst. I don’t appreciate how the company decided to downgrade us because they didn’t have an Elantra. But, I suppose that’s what happens these days. I also thought the car reeked of cigarettes and pee. The seats were grossly stained. As a non smoker with a baby, this was almost unbearable. But, it was vacuumed and looked like someone had tried to clean it as best as possible. Overall, it was a really good deal and we were just thankful to drive 12 hours without a problem.

Simple comfort
优点： it was a great deal on a roomy car with excellent gas mileage! Pick up and drop off was simple and quick.
缺点： If I had to choose something, I guess it would be the fact that both sets of keys were chained together and couldn't be separated.

优点： Staff was very friendly. Explained everything and offered things I could use. Gave me a choice of vehicles. Clean car. Very comfortable. Return was very easy. Just drop off key and go
缺点： Took a while to figure out how to start the car. Seems every car is different. Would have been nice to have a heads up on how to do this.
