缺点： I had the best experience at National in Veracruz with Manuel and Jessica. They went out of their way to provide EXCELLENT service!!!!

优点： The service was fast, the car was the one I ordered and the location is convenient to the airport and the area in general.
缺点： The price was not what was quoted, primarily because of the excessive insurance requirements. This is a problem with all car agencies in Mexico. I suppose the agencies believe no one would rent from them if they honestly presented the real costs.
