缺点： I prepaid and tried to change my reservation and was told by Budget that I could not. They overcharged me a lot for days I didn't use. Awful experience AND AN EXPENSIVE RIP OFF.

Convenient and Friendly
优点： The rental desk is just a few steps from the disembarking gate and luggage pick-up. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The vehicle was in brand new condition, and the return was lighting fast.

缺点： see said they only hold reservations for two hours. ? i dont see any 2 hour notes in my reservation, i was driving in from NY, road construction on the riad tooo Pelston, "she would see what she could di"". She did have a car, she did not explain anything on the forms

缺点： I filled out all of the information online and was given an estimate price and when I got to the counter they had none of that information and the car ended up costing more than I was expecting.

优点： Very easy to pickup and dropoff
缺点： Two items that I forgot to mention to the desk when I dropped off the car: The low-beam headlights need adjusting, they were pointed down on the road and it was very difficult to see street signs and markers on the roads. It was an especially dark night, and i couldn't use the high beams very often between oncoming traffic. There is a rear tire that has a flat spot, probably needs rebalance or replacement. It was singing the do-wop,do-wop better than most 50s bands.

I paid more for the car for one day than I paid to fly from DTW to BMI
优点： The employee that gave me the car.
缺点： The price was terrible.

35 mpg yeah
优点： I am a bigger guy and rented a compact, I was worried I wouldn't be comfortable. I was surprised it was not bad at all. It was a nice short trip.
缺点： I couldn't find anything I didn't like about my rental

缺点： Very poor service at Pellston Airport. Had to wait over 45 minutes for attendant/employees (all three of them) to return to desk to pick up the car. This was not around lunch time, but late afternoon, and all three left the desk completely unattended with a "will return at" clock, and all returned together. They didn't return until 15 minutes after the sign said. No apologies or explanation given. Windshield had a crack, and fender had a pretty good sized dent, that the employees missed and wouldn't have included on the damage report had we not insisted it be put on the rental information.

Expensive!
优点： Nice car, clean car, guy at the pick up was very kind, gave me a navigation system (I thought this was included nowadays)
缺点： Guy at pick up wrote down the wrong adress of dropoff. I had no idea were to go in the middle of Chicago, being by meself and on vacation here. I had to park the car in a garage with extra cost, also extra cost for using my dutch phone (around 100 dollars extra) Car hire was 466 dollars for 24 hours!!
